Follicular phase
Metabolism is slower and estrogen levels slowly begin to rise. Focus on rebuilding energy with lighter gut soothing foods.
Ovulatory phase
Estrogen is at a peak level and we need to use foods that break that estrogen down. Fill up on raw veggies and smoothies.
Luteal phase
