    Key ingredients

    Apple

An apple is a good source of fiber, important for digestion and maintaining gut health.

    Spinach

These leafy greens pack plenty of nutrient-dense punch with blood pressure-regulating potassium. Not to mention iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K.

    Avocado

Avocado is a good source of monounsaturated fats, which promote heart health, fiber, and folate.

    Almond

One ounce of almonds is rich in antioxidant vitamin E and makes a good source of fiber.

    Fennel

A member of the carrot family with a licorice-like flavor, a cup of sliced fennel makes a good source of digestion-supporting fiber and antioxidant vitamin C.

    Spirulina

Spirulina is a blue-green algae called Arthrospira platensis. Besides spirulina’s beautiful color, it's jam-packed with copper, a mineral involved in energy production.

    How to prep

    1. 1 Fill cup to top with your preferred liquid (any liquid works, but we'd go with an option like almond or oat milk).
    2. 2 Pour into a blender and blend.
    3. 3 Pour back into your cup and enjoy.
