Key ingredients

Zucchini

Low in calories, high in water, and rich in fiber (not to mention potassium, folate, and vitamin A!), zucchini is a great way to load up on the essentials and feel satisfied without the splurge.

Pumpkin Seed

An ounce of pumpkin seeds is rich in zinc and makes a good source of protein and iron.

Dates

Dates provide a nutritious source of natural sweetness; they also contain fiber which may support gut health and digestion.

Avocado

A serving of avocado makes a good source of fiber, which promotes good digestion, and folate, which supports heart health. Avocado is also known for its monounsaturated fats.

Cacao

Cacao offers fiber, which supports digestion, iron, needed for oxygen transport, and magnesium, used in energy production.

Vanilla Bean

Known for it’s inviting aroma and delicious taste, vanilla bean pods actually come from the vanilla orchid flower!
