One cup of strawberries is high in antioxidant vitamin C and provides a good source of fiber, copper and folate.

Banana

One large banana is rich in vitamin B6 and provides a good source of potassium, fiber and antioxidant vitamin C.

Blueberry

A cup of blueberries makes a good source of vitamins C and K plus dietary fiber.

Pea Protein

Pea protein is a high-quality protein source that contains all the essential amino acids the body can't produce on its own. It's also rich in iron, arginine, and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs).

Brimming with antioxidants, iron, vitamin K, and fiber, kale is about as super as a food gets, with benefits to vision, detox, bone health, immune system, cholesterol levels, digestion, and more.

Flax Seed

Small but mighty, an ounce of flax seeds is rich in fiber and provides a good source of zinc. Flax seeds also contain omega-3 fatty acids.

How to prep

  2. 2 Pour into a blender and blend.
  3. 3 Pour back into your cup and enjoy.
