    Description

The cleanest protein smoothie you can imagine, with a delightfully dairy-free, creamy berry twist. Our certified organic Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie has 20g—yes, 20g!—of protein. Even better, the protein we use is 100% plant-based, organic pea protein—which means no potentially irritating whey or nuts, unlike other protein smoothies on the market. And while you won’t find any added artificial flavors or refined sweeteners, you will find organic strawberries, bananas, blueberries, flax seeds, and even kale. Meaning this is also the most delicious + nutritious smoothie you can imagine.

    Key ingredients

    Strawberry

One cup of strawberries is high in antioxidant vitamin C and provides a good source of fiber, copper and folate.

    Banana

One large banana is rich in vitamin B6 and provides a good source of potassium, fiber and antioxidant vitamin C.

    Blueberry

A cup of blueberries makes a good source of vitamins C and K plus dietary fiber.

    Pea Protein

Pea protein contains all nine essential amino acids necessary for muscle growth, repair, and overall health. It's also a good source of iron and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs).

    Kale

Brimming with antioxidants, iron, vitamin K, and fiber, kale is about as super as a food gets, with benefits to vision, detox, bone health, immune system, cholesterol levels, digestion, and more.

    Flax Seed

Small but mighty, a two-tablespoon serving of flax seeds packs more than 10% DV of fiber, and is also a good source of magnesium, iron, calcium, and zinc. Flax seeds are also one of the best plant-based sources of the omega-3 fatty acid ALA.

    How to prep

    1. 1 Fill cup to top with your preferred liquid (any liquid works, but we'd go with an option like almond or oat milk).
    2. 2 Pour into a blender and blend.
    3. 3 Pour back into your cup and enjoy.
