Key ingredients

Blueberry

A cup of blueberries makes a good source of vitamins C and K plus dietary fiber.

Spinach

These leafy greens pack plenty of nutrient-dense punch with blood pressure-regulating potassium. Not to mention iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K.

Kale

Brimming with antioxidants, iron, vitamin K, and fiber, kale is about as super as a food gets, with benefits to vision, detox, bone health, immune system, cholesterol levels, digestion, and more.

Fig

Figs provide a dose of copper, needed for energy production and metabolism.

Walnut

An ounce of walnuts makes a good source of magnesium, an essential mineral needed for hundreds of biochemical reactions in the body.

Hemp Seed

An ounce of hemp seeds provides an excellent source of magnesium and zinc and a good source of iron.

How to prep

  1. 1 Remove lid and discard seal. Fill cup to top with your preferred liquid (any liquid works, but we'd go with an option like almond or oat milk).
  2. 2 Pour into a blender and blend.
  3. 3 Pour back into your cup and enjoy.
