Key ingredients

Mango

A cup of mango is rich in antioxidant vitamin C, which supports a healthy immune system.

Passion Fruit

Tart and juicy, passion fruit is rich in gut-supporting fiber and antioxidant vitamin C; a serving of passion fruit also provides a good source of potassium.

Spinach

These leafy greens pack plenty of nutrient-dense punch with blood pressure-regulating potassium. Not to mention iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K.

Hemp Seed

An ounce of hemp seeds provides an excellent source of magnesium and zinc and a good source of iron.

Tahini

A creamy, nutty paste made from ground sesame seeds, tahini is one of those drizzle-it-on-everything condiments. A 2 tablespoon serving gives you about 5 grams of plant protein and makes a good source of bone-supporting calcium.

Moringa

Moringa leaf powder is made from whole leaves of the moringa tree, also known as the drumstick tree.

How to prep

  1. 1 Fill cup to top with your preferred liquid (any liquid works, but we'd go with an option like water or coconut water).
