    Kabocha squash, also known as the Japanese pumpkin, is a winter squash variety with thick green skin and deep orange flesh. Orange winter squash is rich in immunity-supporting vitamin A.

    Maple

    Unrefined maple syrup is one of nature’s best sweeteners.

    Cinnamon

    Cinnamon is a warm baking spice that adds depths of flavor and an unmistakable spicy-sweet aroma.

    Ginger

    This bright, flavorful, slightly-peppery-yet-slightly-sweet spice comes from the root of the ginger plant.

    Nutmeg

    Nutmeg comes from the seeds of the nutmeg tree. It brings a warm, nutty flavor and is used in both sweet and savory dishes.

    Clove

    Cloves are the flower buds of the clove tree. The aromatic pods are rich in manganese and vitamin K.

    How to prep

    1. 1 Add 1/2 cup cubes (about 12) to 1 cup milk of your choice.
    2. 2 Heat for 1-2 minutes in pot on stove at medium-high, or in microwave in a mug.
    3. 3 For coffee latte: Add 1 shot espresso to your hot or cold beverage.
