Mulberry + Dragon Fruit Pancakes

Ingredients

1 Mulberry + Dragon Fruit Forager Bowl

1 cup Milk (regular or non dairy) or 1 cup of Almond Mylk

2 Eggs

1 tbsp. Sugar

2/3 cup all purpose flour

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1/4 tsp. Salt

1 tbsp. Butter or Olive Oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare 1 cup of Almond Mylk with Mulberry + Dragon Fruit Forager Bowl and set aside and soften for 10 minutes.

  2. In the meantime, combine 2/3 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt. Set aside.

  3. When the Oat Bowl is soft, stir in 2 eggs and 1 tbsp sugar.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stir to combine.

  5. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Pour in pancake batter and cook for 3 minutes, until bubbles begin to form on top of each pancake, flip and cook another 3 minutes.
