High Protein & Fiber Overnight Oats

1 serving

Your favorite DH Protein Oat Bowl

1/2-3/4 cup of your favorite milk or liquid of choice

2-4 tbsp of your favorite yogurt (optional)

1 scoop of DH Seed + Fiber Blend (optional)

1-2 tbsp of nuts, seeds, nut butter, or fresh fruit, as toppings (optional)

Directions

Add a ½ - ¾ cup of your favorite milk or liquid of choice, then stir.

If adding yogurt or DH Seed + Fiber Blend, add at this stage and stir well to combine.

Pop the cover back on.

Soak in the fridge for 6+ hours.

Right before serving, give it a big stir, and then top with your favorite nuts, seeds, nut butter or fresh fruit.

Serve immediately.
