How do I prepare a puréed soup?
Here's how to prepare our puréed soups.
First, blend the ingredients:
1. Remove the paper sleeve and film and fill the bowl with 1 cup of water or broth.
2. Pour everything into a blender and purée until smooth.
Next, heat the puréed ingredients:
Microwave (1100W)
1. Pour contents back into the provided bowl or a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Stovetop
1. Transfer puréed ingredients into a pan.
2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 4-6 minutes.
Make sure to follow directions carefully. Cook with care and do not leave unattended while cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Proceed with caution: contents may be hot.
