Our primavera is packed with colorful veggies and yellow lentil casarecce—a twisty pasta that catches the luscious, herby cauliflower sauce. This dish is an excellent source of fiber (grazie, beans and legumes), contains 12 grams of protein per serving, and adds vitamins C and K via asparagus, cauliflower, and zucchini.

How to prep

  1. 1 Preheat a pan on medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Add entire bag of pasta to the pan with 2 tbsp of water, and cook on med-high for 6-8 mins, stirring occasionally.

All of our food is dairy-free and gluten-free. Most of our recipes are also soy-free, but we do have a few items that include miso and tamari (which are made from fermented soy). Recipes that are not soy-free include this information on both the side of the container and on the item's description page.
