Goji Berry
Goji berries are high in vitamin A, which supports vision and eye health, and make a good source of antioxidant vitamin C.
Flax Seed
Small but mighty, a two-tablespoon serving of flax seeds packs more than 10% DV of fiber, and is also a good source of magnesium, iron, calcium, and zinc. Flax seeds are also one of the best plant-based sources of the omega-3 fatty acid ALA.
Haskap Berry
Tiny but mighty is the best way to describe these beautiful berries; they are rich in vitamin C and polyphenols.
Vanilla Bean
Known for it’s inviting aroma and delicious taste, vanilla bean pods actually come from the vanilla orchid flower!
How to prep
- 1 Remove film. For stovetop, pour into a pot, add 1/2 cup of your preferred milk. Cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
