Key ingredients

One ounce of almonds is rich in antioxidant vitamin E and makes a good source of fiber.

Sweet Potato

One medium sweet potato makes an excellent source of vitamin A to maintain eye health and a good source of fiber to help with digestion.

Sacha Inchi

Sacha inchi are protein-packed seeds that can be roasted and eaten whole, or you can find them in ground, powdered form. An ounce of sacha inchi seeds contains 9 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber.

Vanilla Bean

Known for it’s inviting aroma and delicious taste, vanilla bean pods actually come from the vanilla orchid flower!

How to prep

  1. 1 Fill cup to top with your preferred liquid (any liquid works, but we'd go with an option like water or coconut water).
