Daily Harvest Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Daily Harvest loyalty program offering eligible customers a complimentary smoothie or other promotional item (the “Gift”). By participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The program allows eligible customers who are logged-in to their Daily Harvest account to select one Gift with each order, provided the customer places at least one Daily Harvest order during each calendar month (“Monthly Order Requirement”). There is no minimum spend or order value required; orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements for shipping.

2. Eligibility and Maintaining Eligibility

a. Monthly Requirement. To remain eligible, you must place at least one order during each calendar month.
b. Start of Eligibility. Eligibility begins once you place your first order (the “First Qualifying Order”).
c. Example. If your First Qualifying Order is placed on January 1, you must place your next order on or before February 28 to maintain eligibility. Any orders following the First Qualifying Order that are placed from January 1 through February 28 will include the ability to select the Gift.
d. Loss of Eligibility. If you do not place an order in a given calendar month following the month of your First Qualifying Order (e.g., in the example above, you skip March), you lose eligibility beginning that month, and no Gift will be provided.

Purchases of gift cards, gifted item orders, or orders otherwise excluded at Daily Harvest’s discretion do not qualify as First Qualifying Orders or Requalifying Orders or count towards the Monthly Order Requirement.

3. Re-Establishing Eligibility

If you lose eligibility, you may requalify at any time by placing another order (a “Requalifying Order”). Following the Requalifying Order, eligibility resumes for that calendar month and will continue as long as the Monthly Order Requirement is met going forward.

4. Gift Details

a. The Gift currently consists of a Daily Harvest smoothie, but the specific item, flavor, or product category may vary depending on availability, inventory, promotional considerations, or other factors.
b. All Gifts are subject to change and are offered at Daily Harvest’s sole discretion.
c. Gifts have no cash value, are not refundable, and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
d. Customers may select their Gift in their cart or box when logged into their account and placing an eligible order.
e. The Gift included in any given order may vary week-to-week.

5. Program Duration

The program will remain active until discontinued by Daily Harvest in its sole discretion. The Gift will no longer be available if the featured product is discontinued or if the program ends.

6. Additional Terms

The marketing statement “Place an order once per month and get a free smoothie for life” or a similar messaging reflects the ongoing availability of the Gift for as long as you continue to meet the Monthly Order Requirement and for as long as the program and applicable product(s) remain available.

Daily Harvest may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice, including program rules, eligibility requirements, or available Gifts. Any abuse of the program, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms may result in termination of participation.
