1/2 cup of DH Elixir frozen cubes
2 oz of your favorite spirit - vodka, gin, or bourbon
1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp honey, agave, or maple syrup
1/4 cup club soda
Optional: Mint leaves & fresh blueberries, for garnish
Directions
Microwave 1/2 cup of Elixir cubes for 10-15 seconds or until softened.
Cool the mixture.
In cocktail shaker, combine ice, the melted Elixir cubes, spirit of choice, citrus juice, and sweetener) and shake vigorously to combine until the ice shaker is frosty - at least 30 seconds.
Pour mixture over a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with club soda to the top
Garnish with fresh mint and/or berries, if desired.
