What happens if my claim with my HSA/FSA card is denied?
For subscriptions: You will receive an email from TrueMed if your claim is denied. If your claim is denied, your original method of payment will not be reimbursed.
For one-time purchases: You will receive an email from TrueMed if your claim is denied. If your claim is denied, your original order will be canceled and no money will be taken from your HSA/FSA account. Please note: Pending authorizations/hold of funds may take a few days to release.
You will then need to replace your order using a credit or debit card, ShopPay Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo or PayPal.
