How do I prepare a Protein Oat Bowl?

2 WAYS TO PREP IN THIS CUP:

Add a 1/2 cup of your favorite milk or liquid of choice, then stir and prep hot or cold. 

HOT BREAKFAST:

Microwave (1100W) on high for 1 minute. Stir and heat for up to 1 more minute.

OVERNIGHT OATS: 

Pop the cover back on. Soak in the fridge for 6+ hours. Wake up to breakfast!
