How do I prepare a breakfast bowl?

Here's how to heat our breakfast bowls.

Stovetop 

1. Remove and discard the film and pour ingredients into a pan. 

2. Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of your preferred milk. 

3. Cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Microwave (1100W)

1. Remove and discard the film and add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of your preferred milk. 

2. Cook in the provided bowl or transfer to any microwave-safe bowl of your choice. 

3. Heat on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and then heat for an additional 1-2 additional minutes. 

Make sure to follow directions carefully. Cook with care and do not leave unattended while cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Proceed with caution: contents may be hot.

Here's how to prepare our breakfast bowls the night before.

1. Remove the lid and peel off and discard the protective seal.

2. Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of your preferred milk to the bowl and stir.

3. Cover the bowl and soak in the refrigerator overnight (6+ hours).

4. Stir and consume by best-by date.
