Follow these instructions from our in-house dietitian, Carolina Schneider, MS, RD

1. Start your day with the Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie within 2 hours of waking to help support energy levels and stabilize blood sugar levels. 

2. Drink a smoothie about every 3 hours.

3. End your day with the Dark Chocolate Protein Smoothie for a satisfying, dessert-like treat that can help curb nighttime cravings. 


DETOX FAQS

How much water should I drink during the detox?
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Aim for at least half of your body weight in ounces. Unsweetened herbals teas can also be a part of the cleanse.
What can I eat if I feel hungry?
If you feel the need to eat something, snack on raw vegetables such as carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, celery or cherry tomatoes. 
What liquids are recommended for the detox smoothies?
Aim for regular milk or unsweetened plant milk (which both contain protein) or unsweetened coconut water (which offers electrolytes and increased hydration versus plain water)
What types of physical activity are suitable during the detox?
Light activity, like walking and gentle yoga, is encouraged. Avoid high-intensity or heated workouts during the cleanse.
Can I cancel my replenishment detox box at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your plan any time by navigating to "My Plan" and clicking "Cancel My Plan". You can also modify your items, delivery schedule, and plan preference whenever you'd like. Customize our flexible deliveries and variable plan options based on your needs.
