Hot take: blueberry muffin batter is delicious. Inspired by a sneaky spoonful, we created this nutty, fruity smoothie. Yes, it has that homemade flavor. It also has leafy greens, walnuts, hemp seeds, and, obviously, blueberries, a nutrient-rich combination that provides antioxidants, omega-3s, and dietary fiber.
