Daily Harvest makes it easy to eat more fruits and vegetables by offering a variety of nourishing, chef-crafted options for any time of day. What is Daily Harvest?
Daily Harvest makes it easier for you to eat more organic fruits and vegetables, which can do all kinds of things for you–increase your energy, boost your inner and outer glow, and help you achieve your health goals. Our food is healthy for the planet, too. We're committed to supporting the advancement of organic and regenerative farming practices, which can yield more nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables (and we swear they taste better).
How does Daily Harvest develop its food?
All Daily Harvest food is crafted by our in-house chefs and nutritionists. To create a new item, they often start with a functional need (like immune support or gut health), a hard-to-find ingredient, or an inspiring meal they've had. Sometimes, they even co-create with our community (you!). All of our food is crafted to be as naturally delicious and nourishing as the ingredients they're built on. That's why we partner with farmers who don't settle for anything less than the most flavorful, heartiest, most nourishing fruits and vegetables, which inspire our in-house chefs and nutritionists to work their magic.

How do I opt in to Daily Harvest push notifications?
When you download the app, you'll be prompted with a notification asking whether you want to receive updates from Daily Harvest. You can also opt into these notifications in your device settings.
How do I opt in to Daily Harvest SMS text messages?
You can opt into SMS text messages by checking the opt-in box at checkout or by creating an account and adjusting the subscription settings on your account page.
How do I opt out of Daily Harvest push notifications?
You can opt out of push notifications from Daily Harvest in your mobile phone's device settings.
How do I unsubscribe from Daily Harvest emails?
You can unsubscribe from emails in the footer of any marketing email from Daily Harvest. You can also manage your email subscription from your account settings.
Where can I find Daily Harvest online?
There are several ways to shop Daily Harvest online. Our website offers the most product variety and orders are delivered right to you in a flexible cadence. We also offer curated, one-time-purchase bundles through Amazon and Google Shopping. Or you can try a single item from a limited variety available at one of our grocery delivery partners like Instacart, Kroger.com, Target.com, Good Eggs, Amazon Fresh, or DashMart.
How do I access my Daily Harvest on the new website/app?
If you had an account on our Daily Harvest website prior to July 2024, you'll need to reactivate your account here. It's quick: just enter the email address you've been using and reset with a new password to log in, view your orders, and manage your plan.
Alternatively, you can enter your account email address when signing into the latest version of our mobile app.

How do I subscribe to Daily Harvest emails?
If you're not yet a customer, you can sign up at the bottom of our website or in the pop-up you receive when you first visit. Otherwise, you can sign up for emails at checkout.
How do I update my contact information?
To update your phone number or email address, navigate to my plan > my account > contact Info > edit.

Is there a Daily Harvest app?
We are happy to offer an app for both iOS and Android users to make managing your plan easier than ever. Make sure that you are running the latest version of our app to access its latest features.

How do I change my password?
Using our new secure login, you no longer need a password to access your Daily Harvest account. Just head to the login page and enter your email address to receive a 6-digit secure code that you can use to access your account.

Order Reminders
Order reminders will be sent via email two days before your order is processed. You do not need to opt in to our newsletter to receive these transactional reminders.

Can I give Daily Harvest as a gift?
You don’t need a subscription to send a curated gift set full of our best-selling smoothies and meals. You don’t even need to pick a delivery date—they get to choose. As the sender, you also have the ability to select a future date, send via email and add a gift note.
You can purchase a Daily Harvest Gift Card for $75 - $200. To redeem on first-time subscription purchases or gift sets, simply enter the code below at checkout.

What do I do with the dry ice?
PLEASE please please do not touch the dry ice. Keep it out of the reach of children and animals, and don't place it on any tiled or solid surfaces (like in a sink) as it can cause damage. The best way to dispose of the dry ice is to leave it in your box in a well-ventilated area until it has all dissipated. Once all of the remaining dry ice is gone (usually about 24 hours after delivery), you can recycle the box and liner.

Can I use my FSA / HSA dollars on a Daily Harvest order?
Some health care providers allow FSA / HSA dollars to be spent on healthy, nutritious food, including Daily Harvest. Please connect directly with your health care provider to understand their requirements and processes to qualify for and receive this benefit.
How do I update or change my payment method?

What does it mean when an item is labeled "Leaving Soon"?
If you see "Leaving Soon" listed on an item, it means that we have limited stock remaining. This is your last chance to stock up before the item is no longer available. Once it's gone, it won't be restocked—so if it's a favorite, now’s the time to grab it!
What does "Out of Stock" mean?
If an item is labeled "Out of Stock", it means that we are currently unable to fulfill that item as it is temporarily unavailable. You won't be able to add it to your order at this time. Want to know when it's available to order again? Click on "notify me" to receive an email when we have this back in stock!
Note: If you have an out of stock item in your box, then we will either swap it with a personalized recommendation or temporarily remove the item from your box.
What does "Last Few!" mean?
"Last Few!" means that we are temporarily low on inventory but you will still be able to keep ordering this item. You can keep the item as-is or reduce the quantity, but you cannot increase the quantity anymore than what's included in your box.
Note: Once an item marked "Last Few!" is removed/deleted from your box, you are not able to re-add that item to your box until it is back in stock again.

How do I prepare bites?
Daily Harvest bites arrive perfectly pre-portioned and ready to eat. Eat them straight from the freezer (they’re 100% plant-based, so no baking necessary).

Nothing! Each bite is ready right out of the package.
How do I prepare a breakfast bowl?
Here's how to heat our breakfast bowls.
Stovetop
1. Remove and discard the film and pour ingredients into a pan.
2. Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of your preferred milk.
3. Cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Microwave (1100W)
1. Remove and discard the film and add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of your preferred milk.
2. Cook in the provided bowl or transfer to any microwave-safe bowl of your choice.
3. Heat on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and then heat for an additional 1-2 additional minutes.
Make sure to follow directions carefully. Cook with care and do not leave unattended while cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Proceed with caution: contents may be hot.

All breakfast bowls require the addition of a liquid. Water will work, but we recommend using the milk of your choice for a creamier texture.

1. Remove the cup from the freezer and give the sides a gentle squeeze or shake to loosen the ingredients.
2. Remove the lid and peel off and discard the protective seal.
3. Fill the cup with your preferred liquid (suggestions are on each cup.), Pour everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Pour the smoothie back into your cup, add a straw, and sip..
For the best (and most delicious) results, prepare the whole cup at once.

2. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.

What's the difference between puréed and hot soups?
Hot soups are broth-based, featuring warming, comfort food flavors (like a green coconut curry, veggie-packed minestrone, and a sweet potato black bean chili) and full of hearty vegetables and spices Some contain grains and/or legumes as well. Puréed soups have rich, savory flavors and creamy textures.
Are pastas gluten-free?
Our Daily Harvest casarecce pasta is made of yellow lentil flour. Our sedani pasta is made of brown rice flour, quinoa flour, and turmeric. Our pastas are 100% gluten-free.
How do I prepare pasta?
Here's how to prepare our pastas.
Stovetop:
Add the entire bag to a preheated pan with 2 tbsp of water and cook on medium-high for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Microwave (1100W):
Add the entire bag to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir, then heat for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Cook time may vary. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F.

How many servings are in each bag of pasta?
Each bag of pasta contains two servings.
Serving size = 2 cups frozen, 1 cup cooked.
What do I need to add to pasta?
You need to add 2 tbsp of water for each bag of pasta if you're preparing it on the stovetop. Microwave prep does not require the addition of water, but you're welcome to add some if you like a saucier pasta.

Each pop is made with real, organic fruits and vegetables—no concentrates, added sweeteners or artificial flavors—so parents and kids can feel great about eating these treats any time of day. Our pops also have simple ingredient lists; every pop contains six or fewer ingredients.

Do you still sell forager bowls?
Yes! We still offer our nutrient-dense forager bowls. You can find them on the Daily Harvest website by selecting the collection breakfast bowls. It's a new name, but the flavors haven't changed.
Why is Daily Harvest frozen?
By freezing our ingredients and prepared items, we can deliver the highest quality nutrients, flavors, and textures. Our produce is picked and frozen at peak ripeness, some within hours of harvest. In comparison, store-bought produce is frequently harvested before it's ready and left to ripen in transit, leaving you with unsatisfactory flavor and nutrient contents. Keeping Daily Harvest frozen also helps us make your life a little easier: you can stock your freezer with meals built on organic fruits + vegetables that are ready and easy to prep when you need them.

Is Daily Harvest dairy-free, soy-free and/or gluten-free?
All of our food is dairy-free and gluten-free. Most of our recipes are also soy-free, but we do have a few items that include miso and tamari (which are made from fermented soy). Recipes that are not soy-free include this information on both the side of the container and on the item's description page. Is Daily Harvest paleo?

Yes! Our food is entirely built on fruits and vegetables.

Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our recipes, precise nutritional values may vary slightly and do not factor in the liquid that may get added.
How long does Daily Harvest last in the freezer?
When stored in a freezer at a temperature below 0°F, our items will maintain their peak quality through the best-by date listed on the container. Our product shelf life helps us deliver our foods' best flavor and appearance. Note that product shelf life can be influenced by how often your freezer is opened (because warm air can lead to freezer burn).
Does Daily Harvest use organic ingredients?
Yes, please refer to the ingredient list for each item. The organic ingredients are identified as "organic." Any item labeled as "certified organic" means that 95%+ of the ingredients are organic. If an item is labeled "made with organic," it means that 70%+ of the ingredients are organic.
How should I store Daily Harvest leftovers?
Leftover smoothies: Smoothies are designed for a single serving and should be consumed after preparing. If needed, prepared smoothies can be stored in refrigerated conditions for up to 4 hours before the color and quality begin to degrade.
Leftover mylk: Store prepared mylk in the refrigerator—it will keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. If separation occurs, don’t worry; that’s normal because we don’t use gums, fillers, stabilizers, or preservatives - so just stir it and you're good to go.
Leftover harvest bowls, soups, breakfast bowls, grains, and pasta: Once prepared, store any leftovers in a clean, sealed container in the refrigerator and reheat to eat. They’ll keep for up to 24 hours.
Leftover flatbreads: Store in the refrigerator and reheat in the oven or toaster oven as needed—they’ll keep for up to 24 hours.
Leftover bites: Store in the freezer—they’ll keep for at least one month once opened if they're stored in the original container.
Is Daily Harvest safe to consume when pregnant or nursing?

How do I prepare a harvest bowl?
All Harvest Bowls can be prepared in the microwave or on the stovetop in just a few minutes. Preparation instructions will vary depending on the type of Harvest Bowl so please refer to the instructions printed on the packaging.

Each bag of bites has 15 ready-to-eat bites. 3 bites is considered one serving, so there are 5 servings in one bag of bites.

How do Daily Harvest deliveries work?
Daily Harvest allows you to create a customized plan tailored to your needs and preferences—choose how often you want delivery, how many items you want (up to 52!), and select a scheduled delivery day. After your box ships, we'll email you tracking information for easy monitoring (log into your account and go to your plan).
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99.
Where do you deliver?
We only ship within the continental US and do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. If we don't ship to your location, you will see a notification in the checkout process and you will not be able to place an order.
Can I schedule a box after the Sunday cutoff? (Can I get a box this week after my cutoff time frame has passed)
You can change your estimated delivery day on the my plan page to a later date in that week using the update schedule function. This allows you to select from different timing cadences and delivery dates. If there are no available dates for the upcoming week, you'll need to wait until the following week. Contact our care team if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not home when my box is delivered?
In most cases, you don't need to be home in order for your box to be delivered. Carriers will leave the package without a signature. We modify the dry ice amount according to regional weather and seasonal patterns to ensure that each box is packed with enough to stay frozen for through the end of your scheduled delivery date. It is probable that the shipment will melt if not received as scheduled.
If for any reason the carrier chooses not to leave the package without someone present, they or a member of the Daily Harvest team will contact you to coordinate a rescheduled delivery as soon as possible. Your tracking information will also be updated accordingly. Just remember: Daily Harvest food is perishable, so it's important to get your items into a freezer ASAP after delivery.
Will my items stay frozen in transit?
We pack our boxes with dry ice to make sure your food stays frozen while in transit. We modify the amount of dry ice according to regional weather and seasonal patterns to ensure that each box is packed with enough to stay frozen during shipment and through the end of your scheduled delivery day. Daily Harvest food is perishable and must remain frozen to ensure the highest level of ingredient quality and food safety, so it's important to get your items into a freezer ASAP after delivery.
How do I change my delivery address or send a box to a different location?
To update your delivery address via the website, head to the "My plan" person icon after you log in. Select "Update" next to "SHIPPING ADDRESS." Enter your new Shipping info and select "SAVE."
To update your subscription's shipping address via the app, go to the calendar icon. Under your next delivery click "Manage Plan" and update your shipping address there.
This new address will become your default shipping address to which all future shipments will be delivered.
Subscriptions & Account Management
Is my plan automated?
Yes, you will automatically be placed in a weekly plan, which can be adjusted.
Is there a minimum duration required for a Daily Harvest plan?
Daily Harvest requires no duration minimums. Feel free to cancel anytime before your next order cutoff to avoid being charged for your next order.
How can I see my account balance?
We no longer offer Daily Harvest account balances. If you have a remaining balance from before July 2024, please check your email for a promotional code equivalent to that balance amount. You can use this code at checkout, or contact our care team at hello@daily-harvest.com for assistance.
How do I resume my plan?
To resume your subscription plan, log into your account and go to the my plan section. Click on restart plan to reactivate your subscription.
How do I pause my plan?
We do not have a pause function. You can log into your account and adjust your settings on the my plan page. You can easily change the cadence of your plan by toggling to skip dates. You can skip multiple weeks at a time. Alternatively, you can cancel your plan and reactivate your subscription again when you are ready.
What is the cutoff to change or skip a scheduled delivery?
You can now edit your next order up to three days before your estimated delivery day. We'll send you a reminder via email at least 24 hours in advance of your order cutoff so you don’t miss the chance to make changes before you're billed. Log in to your account to make adjustments.
Can I alter an item?
We are not able to modify individual items. To find exactly which of our food fits your lifestyle, click here and filter with dietary needs or likes and dislikes. Please note: All our items are made in a facility that processes dairy, nuts, soy, and gluten. If you have any questions, please email hello@daily-harvest.com and we'll help you out.
Where is my plan?
Don't see your subscription in your account? We only moved over subscriptions for customers that have placed an order between June 30, 2022 and after. If you don't see your subscription and want to order another box, simply log into your account and checkout with a new box. This will create a new subscription for you.
How do I view my order history?
To view your order history, log into your account and go to your my plan page. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a section called previous orders with a link to the order history page. Orders from April 2024 to the present date are visible there. For orders placed before April 2024, please contact our Care Team directly at hello@daily-harvest.com.
Can I sign up for multiple plans?
Yes—the best way to do this is to go through checkout on the website with the same email address you log in with and start a new plan. We do recommend managing your Daily Harvest through a single plan and adjusting it as needed rather than having multiple plans under a single email account—it's just easier this way.

How do I cancel my plan?
You can skip a delivery by going to the my plan page and adjusting your settings. Under the upcoming order section, you'll have the option to toggle and skip deliveries for upcoming orders. You can also cancel your plan entirely by navigating to cancel plan, entering your cancellation reason, and selecting submit.
If you have multiple plans under the same subscription, you will need to cancel each individual plan to fully cancel your subscription.
