How does Daily Harvest develop its food?

All Daily Harvest food is crafted by our in-house chefs and nutritionists. To create a new item, they often start with a functional need (like immune support or gut health), a hard-to-find ingredient, or an inspiring meal they've had. Sometimes, they even co-create with our community (you!). All of our food is crafted to be as naturally delicious and nourishing as the ingredients they're built on. What is the cutoff to change or skip a scheduled delivery?

You can now edit your next order up to three days before your estimated delivery day. We'll send you a reminder via email at least 24 hours in advance of your order cutoff so you don’t miss the chance to make changes before you're billed. Log in to your account to make adjustments.

We do recommend managing your Daily Harvest through a single plan and adjusting it as needed rather than having multiple plans under a single email account- it's just easier this way.

Daily Harvest requires no duration minimums. Feel free to cancel anytime before your next order cutoff to avoid being charged for your next order.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can skip a delivery by clicking Manage Subscription at the top of the homepage. Then, you can select "Choose Deliveries to Skip" where you'll have the option to toggle and skip deliveries for upcoming orders. Select "Confirm Skips" to save your changes.You can also cancel your plan entirely by navigating to "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the Manage Subscription page.If you have multiple plans under the same subscription, you will need to cancel each individual plan to fully cancel your subscription.

Yes. If you sign up for a subscription, your orders will automatically be fulfilled and shipped according to your selected delivery scheduled. These are recurring deliveries and must be managed via the Manage Subscription section of your account.

To view your order history, on any page in the top right of the main navigation, select the Account icon to go to your Account page. There, you will see your Order History at the top of the page.

I'm a current Daily Harvest member. Can I send a friend, or myself, a single one-time purchase as a gift?

Yes! Daily Harvest makes it easy to send a curated bundle as a gift. We offer a number of solutions that feature our best sellers as a one-time purchase. Daily Harvest also offers reset solutions to help you jumpstart your goals, bundles geared to help you meet a specific health objective, and ideas to help you solve your next meal! Just click on the gifting link in the footer of the Daily Harvest website to see the full selection. What does it mean when an item is labeled "Leaving Soon"?

If you see "Leaving Soon" listed on an item, it means that we have limited stock remaining. This is your last chance to stock up before the item is no longer available. Once it's gone, it won't be restocked—so if it's a favorite, now’s the time to grab it!

What does "Last Few!" mean?

"Last Few!" means that we are temporarily low on inventory but you will still be able to keep ordering this item. You can keep the item as-is or reduce the quantity, but you cannot increase the quantity anymore than what's included in your box. Note: Once an item marked "Last Few!" is removed/deleted from your box, you are not able to re-add that item to your box until it is back in stock again.

When should I expect to be charged for my order?

If you are a subscriber, you will be charged three days before your scheduled delivery day.

What is the minimum amount I can order?

To check out with frozen items only, your order must contain a minimum of 6 items. Some items such as Pea Protein do not require a minimum purchase.
