All Daily Harvest food is crafted by our in-house chefs and nutritionists. Sometimes, they even co-create with our community (you!). All of our food is crafted to be as naturally delicious and nourishing as the ingredients they're built on. Delivered to your door and ready in under 5 minutes, we make it incredibly easy to eat more fruits and vegetables.

What is the cutoff to change or skip a scheduled delivery?

You can now edit your next order up to three days before your estimated delivery day. We'll send you a reminder via email at least 24 hours in advance of your order cutoff so you don’t miss the chance to make changes before you're billed. Log in to your account to make adjustments.

I have a subscription. How do I modify the assortment of items in my box?

To change food in your box head to the "Your box" box icon after you login to the website.* Select the dropdown menu to change the number of each item* To add a new item to your box, simply browse our collections and select "ADD TO BOX."

I have a subscription. Can I sign up for multiple plans?

Yes. The best way to do this is to go through checkout on the website with the same email address you log in with and start a new plan. We do recommend managing your Daily Harvest through a single plan and adjusting it as needed rather than having multiple plans under a single email account- it's just easier this way.

Is there a minimum duration required if I sign up for a Daily Harvest subscription?

Daily Harvest requires no duration minimums. Feel free to cancel anytime before your next order cutoff to avoid being charged for your next order.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can skip a delivery by clicking Manage Subscription at the top of the homepage. Then, you can select "Choose Deliveries to Skip" where you'll have the option to toggle and skip deliveries for upcoming orders. Select "Confirm Skips" to save your changes.You can also cancel your plan entirely by navigating to "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the Manage Subscription page.If you have multiple plans under the same subscription, you will need to cancel each individual plan to fully cancel your subscription.

I signed up for a subscription. Is my subscription automated?

Yes. If you sign up for a subscription, your orders will automatically be fulfilled and shipped according to your selected delivery scheduled. These are recurring deliveries and must be managed via the Manage Subscription section of your account.

How do I view my order history?

To view your order history, on any page in the top right of the main navigation, select the Account icon to go to your Account page. There, you will see your Order History at the top of the page.

What does it mean when an item is labeled "Leaving Soon"?

If you see "Leaving Soon" listed on an item, it means that we have limited stock remaining. This is your last chance to stock up before the item is no longer available. Once it's gone, it won't be restocked—so if it's a favorite, now’s the time to grab it!

What does "Last Few!" mean?

"Last Few!" means that we are temporarily low on inventory but you will still be able to keep ordering this item. You can keep the item as-is or reduce the quantity, but you cannot increase the quantity anymore than what's included in your box. Note: Once an item marked "Last Few!" is removed/deleted from your box, you are not able to re-add that item to your box until it is back in stock again.

When should I expect to be charged for my order?

If you are a subscriber, you will be charged three days before your scheduled delivery day.

What is the minimum amount I can order?

To check out with frozen items only, your order must contain a minimum of 6 items. Some items such as Pea Protein do not require a minimum purchase.

What does "Out of Stock" mean?

If an item is labeled "Out of Stock", it means that we are currently unable to fulfill that item as it is temporarily unavailable. You won't be able to add it to your order at this time. Want to know when it's available to order again? Click on "notify me" to receive an email when we have this back in stock! Do you have a Loyalty Program?

You can receive a free smoothie on every order of frozen items if you order at least one box per calendar month. There is no order value threshold - just one box per month keeps your eligibility active! Keep in mind that purchases of gift cards, orders only containing boosters, or orders otherwise excluded at Daily Harvest’s discretion do not qualify as Qualifying Orders or count towards the Monthly Order Requirement. No. The 21-Day Routine Reset is a one-time, prepaid program. You pay once, receive 3 weekly boxes, and the program ends after your third box – nothing renews, and no subscription is created. If you love it, you can restart the Reset or explore a Daily Harvest subscription anytime.
