How do I prepare an Elixir?

COLD: 

Add 1/2 cup cubes (about 12) to 1 cup water or 1 cup plant-based milk of your choice. Mix, shake or blend until combined.

HOT:

Add 1/2 cup cubes (about 12) to 1 cup water or 1 cup plant-based milk of your choice. Heat for 1-2 minutes in a pot on stove at medium-high, or in microwave in mug. 

WELLNESS SHOT:

Punch up the flavor with a wellness shot by mixing more cubes with less liquid. 

MORE WAYS TO ENJOY:  

Use sparkling water for a bubbly elixir or add to your smoothie for an easy boost.
