Where does Daily Harvest deliver?
We only ship within the continental US and do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. If we don't ship to your location, you will see a notification in the checkout process and you will not be able to place an order.
What is the minimum amount that I can order?
To check out with frozen items only, your order must contain a minimum of 6 items. Some items such as Pea Protein do not require a minimum purchase.
What is the price of shipping?
Shipping is $9.99. For orders that have 12+ items the shipping fee is free.
How do Daily Harvest deliveries work?
You’re in control of how you shop with Daily Harvest. Build your box and place a one-time order, or subscribe to get your favorites delivered on a schedule with a recurring discount. Choose what works best for your routine; we make it simple to stay stocked with radically easy, nutritionist-crafted food either way. After your order ships, we’ll email tracking details so you can follow your box right to your doorstep.
How is my delivery kept frozen?
We pack our boxes with dry ice to make sure your food stays frozen while in transit. We modify the amount of dry ice according to regional weather and seasonal patterns to ensure that each box is packed with enough to stay frozen during shipment and through the end of your scheduled delivery day. Daily Harvest food is perishable and must remain frozen to ensure the highest level of ingredient quality and food safety, so it's important to get your items into a freezer ASAP after delivery.
What happens if I am not home during my Daily Harvest delivery?
In most cases, you don't need to be home in order for your box to be delivered. Carriers will leave the package without a signature. We modify the dry ice amount according to regional weather and seasonal patterns to ensure that each box is packed with enough to stay frozen for through the end of your scheduled delivery date. It is probable that the shipment will melt if not received as scheduled.
If for any reason the carrier chooses not to leave the package without someone present, they or a member of the Daily Harvest team will contact you to coordinate a rescheduled delivery as soon as possible. Your tracking information will also be updated accordingly. Just remember: Most Daily Harvest food is perishable and frozen, so it's important to get your items into a freezer ASAP after delivery.
What is Daily Harvest's return policy?
Because our food is perishable, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to love your Daily Harvest experience. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately after delivery at hello@daily-harvest.com.
While we cannot accept physical returns, our team is happy to review your issue. Depending on the situation, we may replace your items, issue a credit, or provide a refund at our discretion to make things right.
