
Red Lentil + Cumin Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

1. Prepare Red Lentil + Cumin Harvest Bowl.
2. Halve 2 bell peppers and remove the insides. Spoon prepared Red Lentil + Cumin Harvest Bowl into each of the 4 bell pepper halves.
3. Place stuffed peppers into a baking dish, cut side up, and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bell pepper is tender.
