Your favorite DH Smoothie + 1/2 cup of DH Elixir frozen cubes

Directions

Fill your DH Smoothie cup with liquid of choice up to the top of the cup.

Pour into a blender and add in the frozen DH Elixir cubes.

Blend until smooth.

If needed, add additional liquid to ensure it blends fully and smoothly.
