Our smoothies are designed to be the easiest, healthiest thing to eat since sliced (grain-free) bread. They’re delivered in perfectly portioned, ready-to-blend cups filled with nutritious, balanced blends of whole fruits, veggies and superfoods that will put any green juice to shame. Here’s what you need to know:
Choosing a Liquid Base
Our smoothies are pretty easy-going - they all taste great with water, as well as a variety of other liquid bases. We recommend the types (coconut water, almond milk) that are best for each blend, but feel free to get creative and make them yours. If they aren't sweet enough, you can always use a sweeter base.
Clean your blender in 30 seconds. Rinse your blender right away (if it sits it will be much harder to clean), fill it 1/4 with water and a drop of soap. Blend for 5 seconds. Then rinse and you're clean!
No Brainer Blending
No fancy $500 blenders necessary here. Our blends work with any model. Just empty your cup and blend starting with the lowest speed. Slowly increase it and maintain the highest speed until the smoothie is smooth, about 30-60 seconds. If your blender stalls, add a touch more liquid.
Superfoods to Go
Our cups are meant to be reused for drinking your smoothies after they are blended. Each cup comes with a reusable lid (with straw hole) so you can take your blend on the run.
