Here's how to prepare grains.
Stovetop
1. Pre-heat pot on med-high.
2. One serving: add 1 cup of frozen grains to the hot pan with 3 tbsp of water and cook on med-high for 4 minutes.
4 Four servings: add the entire pack of frozen grains to the hot pan with ⅓ cup of water and cook on med-high for 6 mins

Microwave (1100W)*
1. One serving: add 1 cup of frozen grains and 3 tbsp of water to a microwave-safe bowl of your choice. Heat for 2 minutes.
Four servings: add the entire pack of frozen grains and ⅓ cup of water to a microwave-safe bowl of your choice. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir product. Heat for an additional 2 minutes.
