Blended with coconut water (Harmless Harvest brand). Enjoyed the smoothie, but the coconut meat did not blend easily, and I had to chew parts of it. It was also a little too sweet for my taste.

I drank this one when I had a cold and it really felt like I was doing the right thing to cure my ailment! I love the tartness of this one and I loved that it was light and slightly sweet but not super heavy. Great when you're not totally trying to replace a meal, but still want something satisfying.
